Chris Lapan ~ Founder & leader of retrospect

His vision, determination & enthusiasm propel the band! Formal drum training came by playing with Dick Perrys Valley Marching Band however, things quickly changed at an early age of 12. "I remember riding around with my oldest brother & his friend Myles listening to the who, deep purple, zeppelin, uriah heep etc.i knew then what direction I was headed in! Myles sold me my first drum set, taught me a few fundamentals & I was off! When I decided to put this band together I knew I wanted it to be a vintage classic rock band. I grew up in the early 70s&i feel some of the best music, if not the best, was written in the 60s &early 70s. I want to play all the songs I grew up on&also the ones I missed out on cause I was too young"
 

Marianne Rice ~ Manager

Marianne started out making coffee for the band. She progressed to driving the truck and equipment trailer, back-up vocals, lighting and most recently, running sound! She also helps run the day to day operations of the band and her input is included in all overall decisions.
 

Nathanial Wright ~ Lead Guitar

Nate is the lead guitarist of the band.  His fluid playing style and ability to play almost any type of music make him a major asset to the band.
